Issac was very courteous & professional While preparing to change Generac oil, filter, and plugs, he saw evidence of generator brush damage based on carbon dust in the cabinet. He showed me the original brushes and how they were unevenly worn down after 14 hours of operation. He mentioned that Generac had reported having numerous problems with their carbon brushes. He quickly replaced the bushes. Issac was very thorough. He test ran the Generac with a load to make sure it operated properly. Very unusual noise occurred - my 4 ton AC compressor started making a high pitch noise during the transition from the Generac power back to Entergy power. We quickly shut down the AC unit and restarted the compressor with no other issues. Thanks Gene Childress

Awesome work by the Safe Haven team. Took time to communicate with us and explained any changes needed to accommodate the Generator. Work was done in a timely manner and help provided to deal with vendors. This was a very successful projects. Hats off to Michael, Shane, Isaac and the team.

Isaac from Safe Haven Power did a fantastic job on my Generac Generator's annual maintenance. Isaac was very thorough with all required maintenance steps and even cleaned all interior surfaces. As with everyone at Safe Haven Power, Isaac was timely and very courteous, calling twice prior to arrival to confirm appointment and to update on timing. Highly recommend.
